  • Digital Payment Services: Apple Pay, Android Pay, and other third-party platforms we may integrate

  • Link Integration: We offer full integration with Link by Stripe, enabling users to complete checkout instantly without re-entering card or bank details—verify your account via text message and proceed securely

2. Service Fees & Charges

  • The total amount paid by the customer at checkout includes both VRO’s service fee and the applicable government (state) fee.
  • As part of our value-added service, VRO pays the government fee directly to the appropriate agency on behalf of the customer.
  • This streamlines the process by combining all charges into a single, secure payment made through the customer’s selected payment method.
  • Prices are clearly displayed at checkout before final confirmation.

3. Subscription Billing (VRO+)

  • New users receive a 14-day free trial of the VRO+ subscription service, granting access to all premium tools and features at no cost.
  • We encourage customers to take full advantage of the trial by setting up their identity protection service, exploring the member dashboard, and using all available advanced features.
  • After the trial period ends, VRO+ is billed on a monthly basis, and payments are processed in real-time. Customers receive an email confirmation once a payment is successfully completed.
  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • If a payment fails, access to VRO+ may be suspended until successful payment is received.
  • By subscribing, customers authorize automatic recurring payments via the selected payment method.
  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
  • Any discounts or benefits applied to your current application as part of your VRO+ status (such as discounted service fees) will remain valid even after the subscription is canceled.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in account suspension and future service restrictions.
  • If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, VRO LLC reserves the right to dispute it and recover associated costs.

6. Failed Payments & Payment Processing Time

  • If a payment fails, customers should ensure their payment details are correct and that sufficient funds are available.
  • Payments are typically processed immediately. If a delay occurs, customers may contact support for assistance.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
  • VRO is PCI compliant, adhering to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • This certification ensures we maintain the highest level of payment security, including data encryption, secure network protocols, and access restrictions—protecting your financial data at the level used by banks and large institutions.
  • Our PCI compliance is maintained through regular audits and rigorous oversight, offering peace of mind for all transactions on our platform.
  • We may also conduct identity verification and fraud prevention checks to safeguard our customers and systems.
